First Standard reply from La Caixa

The first standard reply has been received. In response to my first tweet:


I have today received the standard response asking for a private DM:


As indicated on this web, the solution necessary to solve the ridiculous situation into which I have been placed owing to complacency and total lack of professionalism from CaixaBank's El Clot Bank Director is apparently such that Mr. Iván Masip is no longer able to solve it himself. He indicates that I have to take steps to fix his error as he undoubtedly doesn't want to have to tell his superiors the truth of the situation. To remind ourselves, Mr. Masip ignored over 20 emails, several telephone calls and voice messages asking for his assistance and did not reply to me in over FIVE MONTHS! He failed to follow instructions, failed to act, failed to communicate... the list of things he did not do is simply mind-boggling. Perhaps it's easier to say what he did do. Nothing. For nigh on six months.

This disgraceful behaviour is the reason for this website and unfortunately a private DM is not going to cut it anymore.

If it is now necessary to bring in higher levels of authority to resolve the situation, then that's what is going to have to happen.
