ChatGPT tries to provide reasons for CaixaBank not answering a client

We asked Artificial Intelligence Bot ChatGPT why CaixaBank Director, Iván Masip, has ignored our disgruntled CaixaBank customer. We totally agree with the suggestions which can be seen in the above image and, if the delay in receiving a response were a matter of days, these would be understandable and even acceptable. Moneygrabbers, you may recall, suggested another solution in our first edition suspecting alien abduction. ChatGPT does not suggest this option and it’s probably wiser for us to focus attention on more serious excuses. Indeed, after six months, we are actually beginning to get worried.

CaixaBank, please send urgently to Mr Masip: a clock, a notebook, a pen, a drawing pin to sit on, a gorilla (to convince him it’s urgent) and all the ambulances, medics, doctors, surgeons and teachers of slow-learning children you can find. Clearly, this poor man needs HELP. In Capitals.

After six months forgetting to reply to all the emails, he needs medication and replacing with AI. Please also remind him that his disgruntled client is STILL waiting for an answer and a solution – actually, preferably just the solution and a message saying “all sorted, sorry.”
