ChatGPT can't excuse CaixaBank’s Behaviour

In our last publication, we asked Artificial Intelligence Bot ChatGPT why CaixaBank Director, Iván Masip, has ignored our disgruntled CaixaBank customer for six months. We have subsequently expanded upon that question and can only conclude that ChatGPT is ethically far superior to CaixaBank.

The answer given is correct. Ignoring a client is not ethical. It is unprofessional and can damage the bank’s reputation. Banks have a responsibility to provide good customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Nicely put!

Furthermore, they should not ignore the customer entirely without a valid reason. This got us thinking. Is SHAME a valid reason? The only reason we can possibly imagine is that Mr. Ivan Masip Bes is so ashamed of his unforgivably bad behaviour and terrible customer service that he prefers to continue to ignore his client rather than face up to his superiors and tell them the truth. Simply shameful. My inflated commissions pay your salary, Mr Masip! And those of your superiors...
