CaixaBank shocked by client insisting they keep their word

Despite multiple previous assurances to the contrary in both written and spoken form, CaixaBank started to charge commissions on a client’s current account. Moneygrabber’s attention was drawn to one particular case where commissions totalling 236 EUR were charged after the client had received multiple assurances that he would never have to pay commissions on that account. Previous Bank Directors were able to honour that promise.

CaixaBank has a history of applying commissions for, as a source informs us, “anything under the sun”, but the final straw for this particular client was reached when 60 EUR was charged and, despite requesting an explanation and annulment of this commission, the Bank Director, Mr. Iván Masip Bes, refused to give any explanation, compensation or even any comment on the latest “trumped-up charge”. No answer? No comment? Really? No wonder this client indicated to the bank that either the commission should be returned or the account closed. No one should face such thievery and banks should honour their accords. At the very least, they should reply.

Soy Steve Holliday, cliente cabreado de CaixaBank y como no me hacen caso por vías de comunicación más habituales, mi ira se expandirá por toda la web.
