CaixaBank PLANS FOR THE FUTURE

Recent events lead us to believe that CaixaBank has long been planning discouraging personal interaction with customers. Messing customers about and even forced-changing of branch office added to the ever bigger push for customers to do everything themselves online ties in neatly with CaixaBank’s plans for the future replacement of all employees with AI. As long ago as in 2014, CaixaBank started with IBM Watson. Soon, Directors will then be able to stay home and let customers and AI work for them. Bonuses and commissions are expected to increase exponentially.
