CaixaBank DIRECTOR LIES: TO SAVE FACE?

CaixaBank Director Masip finally made contact after six months of silence, but lied about having indicated some things before to the disgruntled client or his wife.Provably untrue. We don’t doubt he must be ashamed for his behaviour, but... Lying to customers...? In other cultures such behaviour would be seen in a very dim light. Since that brief contact he has vanished again.
